Learn Taiko Drumming with Tantara
Lessons are every Sunday 6.00pm (for 6.15pm start) to 8.30pm and open to all abilities. The price per lesson is £6, unwaged £5. Anyone interested should call Rochdale 01706-378424 or email enquiries@tantara.org.uk. At present, due to insurance constraints, members must be eighteen or older.
Rhythm’s are taught in the traditional way — verbally, so don’t worry if you cannot read music. We use a mixture of traditional and improvised drums for practice.
